Make Time For Yoga

Yoga can teach us the value of ritual, but we can take that lesson in many personal directions in our lives. For example, perhaps there’s something that’s deeply relaxing to you for personal reasons. That something might be walking in a garden, spending time with a loved one, or playing affectionately with a pet. Try turning those moments into a daily or weekly ritual. Commit to taking time to include that ritual in your life regularly. Take it seriously. After a few weeks, you may find that you can’t live without it !”- Yoga Journal

  1. This is wonderful! I love that you posted this, and I agree wholeheartedly. Yoga has taught me the value of ritual, and the importance of sticking to something – even if it is good for you sometimes it is hard. Thank you for sharing your gifts with us all.
