My Last Post: Taking down My Website
After many wonderful years, the time has come to officially close this website. This was not an easy decision, but it is the right time for the next chapter.
My website and domain will no longer be active as of September 9, 2026.

When this journey first began, the goal was simply to share a passion and connect with others. Because of you, it grew into a vibrant, supportive community that far exceeded any expectations. Whether you visited once or have been here since day one, your presence has meant the world.❤️
It is with mixed emotions that I write this. There are so many reasons for doing this, but main one is that it is no longer serving me. I have had this website since 2011 and although it is hard to let it go, it feels right.
I think it is very fitting that we are in the beginning of the seasons changing. A time when we shed the old and welcome the new. A time to reflect and honor what is serving us now. I am a different person than when I started this platform and I am not getting any younger. LOL!🤣
For me this means not only letting go of my website, but letting go of a part of me that used to be deeply rooted. I have grown and evolved in different ways. I am a different type of yoga/fitness teacher now and I am even a grandma. 🥰

I feel so incredibly blessed to have had this platform to promote my business and express myself. I am grateful for all of you that read my blogs and kept in touch with me. It has been such an honor to be vulnerable with you and to share my teachings with you.🙏🏻
