I am 500-hour Yoga Works trained and certified group exercise instructor. I have been teaching various types of exercise classes for twenty- five years and I teach all levels of students. I teach fitness, yoga and strength conditioning classes on Zoom . My style of yoga is Vinyasa along with yoga therapy, Yin Yoga and Chair Yoga. I specialize in breaking down poses and teaching proper alignment for a safe practice. I am certified through AFAA , Yoga Works, and Johnny G Spin. My classes are challenging , functional and strength based with a little bit of fun mixed in! I play all kinds of different music in all of my classes. I welcome all levels of students to my classes. I can modify everything to fit the novice to the elite student . I am compassionate and patient with students new to my classes and offer a playful, relaxed environment for my students. Additionally, I am sympathetic to injured students as I have arthritis and understand the need to find the balance between moving the body and resting it.
